Dr. Anakha Ajith is an anthropologist and content professional who brings a research-led, human-centered perspective to HR and immigration compliance. She holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Hyderabad, where her academic work sharpened her ability to study institutions, workplace cultures, social systems, and the lived realities that shape how people engage with policy and practice.
