For most Employers, Finishing Form I-9 and E-Verify in accordance with the ICE / USCIS guidelines has become very complex in the last 2 months.  "Virtual verification" is now allowed temporarily.  Due to the complexity of Form I-9, many companies might attract penalties for many obvious reasons of non- compliance.
