For most Employers, Finishing Form I-9 and E-Verify in accordance with the ICE / USCIS guidelines is a complex process in itself.  "Virtual verification" is now extended till May 31st temporarily.  Due to the complexity of Form I-9, many companies end up attracting penalties for many obvious reasons of non-compliance.
